Affidea Greece, one of the Leading Healthcare providers in Greece is looking for an aspiring Phi Support Specialist (Customer Support) to be part of our growing team in Athens!


  • Providing customer support for invoicing and pricing inquiries
  • Assisting customers with offers and deals
  • Investigating and resolving complaints, particularly in insurance-related matters
  • Managing projects related to customer support initiatives

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (University/College diploma preferred; high school diploma also accepted)
  • Preferred experience in customer support within the Healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with presentations and data management
