Clinical Trials Manager

Affidea Greece, one of the leading Healthcare providers in Greece, is looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Trials Manager, based in Athens.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trials Manager, you will oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Clinical Trials Department, while actively contributing to the expansion of the company’s research collaborations.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate a team of Clinical Trials professionals

• Drive profitability and revenue growth, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives

• Develop and maintain partnerships with Pharmaceutical Companies and CROs, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing collaborations

• Oversee the preparation of business proposals, financial offers, and contracts with partner organizations

• Conduct regular meetings with researchers and hospital research teams to promote Affidea’s services and explore potential collaborations

• Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal departments (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, QA, Diagnostic Centers) to support project delivery

• Supervise the completion of all documentation, questionnaires, and evaluations required by partner organizations

• Identify and onboard external collaborators (clinicians, clinics) across Greece when needed

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues with both internal and external stakeholders

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or coordination role within the healthcare or clinical sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Excellent ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Good to have

• Familiarity with sLis Software Program
