
Job description
Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a detail - oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our Finance team in Athens!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and account activities
Prepare credit reports and basic analysis for management
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support customer account management
Assist with credit assessments and ensure compliance with internal financial policies
Support ad-hoc finance projects and reporting as needed
Job requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or credit control
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good to Have:
Previous experience working with SAP will be considered an asset
