HR Specialist

Affidea Greece, Europe’s leading provider of primary healthcare services, is looking for an experienced is looking for an organized and reliable HR Specialist to join our HR team in Athens!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee life cycle processes, including hiring, terminations, and contract changes through ERGANI

• Maintain and update employee records in PYLON (creation of new employee profiles, contract details, personal data, etc.)

• Prepare and submit the monthly work schedule and ensure its accuracy and compliance with labor regulations

• Monitor, check, and adjust work schedules and shifts in collaboration with department managers

• Handle resignations and contract terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

• Manage digital card processes where applicable

• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data

• Support audits and internal HR reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of PYLON and ERGANI systems.

• Solid understanding of Greek labor law and employment procedures.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Good to have:

• Experience with Digital Work Card management.
