Job description

Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the Finance team in Athens!


Responsibilities:

  • Accounting entries (indicative: revenue - expense entries, payments, receipts, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of My Data
  • Reconciliations of all Accounting circuits (Assets-Customers-Suppliers-Assets-Assets-Inventories )
  • Management of fixed assets register
  • Participation in related projects
  • Collection of data required for internal control
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong knowledge of computers, ERP systems, accounting programs and MS Office
  • Highly proficient in General Accounting, GAAP, VAT.
  • Methodical thinking, organizational and communication skills, collaborative spirit
