City Med, a leading Dermatology Centre and member of the Affidea group of diagnostic centers, offering integrated services in the fields of Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics and Laser Technology, is looking for professional Dermatology and Sales Consultant to staff our growing team in CityMed Athens & City Med Alimos!
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Dermatology and Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of dermatological treatments and services, combined with a strong ability to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and personalized consultations to customers on dermatological services and treatments
- Inform customers about the services offered by our clinic
- Provide information on pricing and facilitate the booking of service packages
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our service range
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in dermatology and skin care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct service demonstrations and workshops to educate customers about our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales environment
Job requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Dermatology
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Passion for skin care and a commitment to continuous learning
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in dermatology or skin care (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work diligently and professionally
