Affidea Greece, one of the Leading Healthcare providers in Greece is looking for an aspiring Key Account Coordinator to be part of our growing team in Athens!
As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the business development and maintenance of B2B clients (organizations, associations, and companies covering the cost of health services for clients, members, or employees).
Also, you will be responsible for identifying new partners, further building existing client relationships at all levels, and successfully implementing and executing the Group's business plan, guided by the B2B Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase turnover according to the company's and department's strategy
- Search for and approach new B2B clients
- Maintain the client portfolio, especially strategic partners
- Promote the company's new products/services to prospective clients
- Draft business proposals, offers, and contracts with clients
- Manage and coordinate resources and processes
- Provide the company with suggestions for improving the services provided, which clients may express or are best practices
- Communicate with clients and ensure their satisfaction (after-sales support)
Job requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Passion for customer service, strong ambition, and goal orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with technology and cold calling
- Positive attitude and adaptability to change
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Driving license
