
Job description
Affidea Greece, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an Operations Medical Support Officer to join our team in Athens, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of medical centers and healthcare-related functions.
Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Identify and address operational challenges to optimize unit performance
Manage projects related to new technologies and medical practices
Assist in coordinating training programs for medical and paramedical staff
Oversee the coordination of the Medical Committee and its subcommittees
Job requirements
Up to 3 years in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
Fluent English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Excel & MS Office
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently
