Talent Acquisition Specialist

Affidea Greece, one of the Leading Healthcare providers in Greece is looking for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our growing team in Athens!

As a member of our team, you will:

• Support full life-cycle recruitment process including the execution of sourcing strategies, assessing and delivering a high-quality pool of candidates

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant experience, skills and aptitudes using a broad range of selection tools and methods

• Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs

• Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Affidea Greece in career events and meet-ups 

• Be responsible for some of recruitment and related administrative tasks

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment,

  preferably in healthcare

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

• Client centric approach with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility

• A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility

• A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously

• Willingness for continuous learning and development

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
