Job description
Affidea Greece, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Athens. This role plays a key part in managing warehouse operations across multiple centers.
Oversee the management of warehouses at different diagnostic centers
Manage inventory and orders using iScala
Communicate with suppliers and ensure order accuracy
Support month-end closing (inventory checks, stock consumption, valuations)
Monitor pending invoices and set up new warehouses in iScala
Train staff on warehouse processes and collaborate with external teams on SAP implementation
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Up tp 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics
Fluent English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Excel & MS Office
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP WM
Previous experience in healthcare industry
